Gail has been with Advanced Minnesota and Minnesota State since 2003. As the Operations Manager for the past three years, she previously held a position as a Customized Training Representative working in Healthcare, Safety & Health and Process Improvement.
Gail graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS degree in Clinical Laboratory Science. She spent the majority of her career working in Healthcare, before joining the Minnesota State system. Working for the colleges, she attained her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in 2006 from the University of St. Thomas; a Black Belt Certification in 2013 from ASQ and is currently working on her Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from HSU of the Robert W. Galvin Institute.
She also spends time as the Vice President of Minnesota Federated Humane Societies, volunteering as a State Humane Agent in addition to providing animal rescue services and resources for local communities.
Gail’s mission is to be sure Advanced Minnesota doesn’t remain ‘the best kept secret’ for providing Workforce Training Solutions.
