Program Description
16 Hours Class Room
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt’s manage process improvement projects within their work areas as well as participate as team members on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Projects. The training consists of two phases. Phase 1 is Classroom Instruction including an Exam. Phase 2 is completion of a Yellow Belt Project
During the 16 Hours of Classroom Instruction, the participants will learn the Lean Six Sigma Improvement Method. They will also learn and master the basic tools and skills needed to complete a Lean Six Sigma Project. At the end of the classroom portion of training, each participant will complete an exam to demonstrate understanding of the skills.
During the Project Work portion of training, each Yellow Belt Candidate will complete a Lean Six Sigma Project under the guidance of an assigned Master Black Belt.
Upon completion of all training and project requirements, each participant will be awarded a Lean Six Sigma Certification.
