Payment Policy
Net 30 – Invoices are required to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.
Open Enrollment Classes
- Self-Pay Individuals: Payment must be received before the first day of class.
- Company Accounts: Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice.
Refund/Cancelation Policy
Customized Training Solutions Cancelation
CTS reserves the right to cancel a class up to two days prior to the class start date, unless otherwise noted. If a class is cancelled by CTS a full refund will be issued. If a class must be cancelled an email will be sent to all participants and/or 3rd party payers.
Participant Cancelation
A participant must cancel a registration at least 48 hours prior to the start of class to receive a full refund. Cancelations that occur after the 48 hour timeline will not receive a refund, 3rd party payers will be invoiced the entire amount of the class fee.

Removal from Class
Customized Training Solutions reserves the right to remove any participant from class who is demonstrating inappropriate or threatening behavior. Refunds will not be given for participants removed from class.
